Ok, is it just us, or have you noticed that a lot of iPad cases, bags, and accessories stink! No, not stink as in are bad quality… that’s rant fodder for another post, we are referring to how they literally smell bad! They smell kind of like they have been dipped in a chemical bath and then left to bake in an abandoned stinky tofu factory! We have received a couple iPad accessories over the past couple months from some companies whom we shall not name (you know who you are), and the odor these cases exude is surprising given their relative small size… let’s just say we’ve smelled fresher smelling locker rooms. Brenthaven was kind enough to send me a sample of their newest iPad case, the “Bill-Fold iPad Sleeve with Variating Colors.” It’s a mouthful to say but this iPad sleeve really is quite brilliant in its simplicity. It’s made out of recycled billboard material which, and this is just a guess, is scraps of those giant signs on the side of the freeway advertising casinos, cars, and Carls Jr. Well, there is a ton of that material floating around and being green-conscious Brenthaven decided to reuse it.
