Incipio was formed in 1999 and have always strived to combine form with function. They believe that style and protection can go hand in hand and that it’s possible to deliver value and yet still maintain quality. All from a company that survived Y2K! We have already reviewed the Incipio Destroyer iPad case, but there are many more offerings in Incipio’s expansive iPad accessory lineup. Read on to see a selection of Incipio’s line of iPad cases and covers…

First up is Incipio’s signature silicone case called the dermaSHOT for the iPad. This tight fitting anti-slip case gives you a nice solid grip of the iPad while still giving you access to all the ports and buttons on the rim. Incipio also includes a microfiber cloth to clean the screen as well as a stand to prop up the iPad for viewing videos or using the slideshow mode. The case comes in 4 striking colors: black, gray, neon pink and little blue. You can buy the Incipio dermaSHOT on Amazon for $34.99.

Next up is the Incipio dermaSHOT 1337 which is an advanced version of their signature dermaSHOT Silicone case. This case adds extra protection and grip in the form of L-shaped nodules on the back of each corner. Designed to provide a better gaming experience in the form of a better grip, this case allows you to unleash your inner-leet gaming self. It too includes a microfiber cleaning cloth and a stand for viewing videos and pictures. It comes in Dark Red, Blue Steel, and Yellow. You can buy the Incipio DermaSHOT for $34.99.
The Incipio NGP Matte is created out of a next generation semi-rigid polymer that is both tear resistant and elongation resistant. I’m assuming here that the “NGP” stands for “next generation polymer” though it could also stand for “naked Galapagos penguins.” Without official comment your guess is as good as mine. They claims that the special penguin, er… polymer material will not fade of become sticky which is as good as feature as one could hope for. It comes in 4 fancy sounding colors: Cerulean, Sage, Aubergine, and Confetti but Amazon is also listing Gunmetal and Black as well. You can buy the NGP Matte for $39.99 on Amazon.com.
Just as the dermaSHOT 1337 was based on the hugely successful dermaSHOT, the duroSHOT DRX is based on the hugely successful NGP. The duroSHOT DRX features a floating polycarbonate core which encases the edges and back of the iPad that is suspended in their revolutionary NGP polymer (RAS Syndrome) material. The case allows full use of the iPad’s ports and buttons and is a great solution for those who want instant access to their device while still having a solid line of defense against scratches, shocks, and falls. There are 4 color combinations: solid white and gray, solid confetti and gray, cerulean and white, and black and gray. The Incipio DuroSHOT is available on Amazon for $49.99.
The Incipio Feather for the iPad is a super light-weight ultra-strong impact-resistant polymer and yet is only 1mm thick. It is designed to add protection to your device without adding unnecessary bulk or weight. Apple worked very hard to give the iPad a sleek, slender, and lightweight form and this case aids in maintaining that design. The surface is a “soft touch” matte finish that is sure to please your fingers. There are a total of 5 colors that the feather comes in and they are black, magenta, purple, charcoal and frost. You can score the Incipio Feather Case for $34.99 right now.
The underGROUND felt iPad sleeve by Incipio comes in any color as long as it’s charcoal. This iPad sleeve features a wool-like felt outer covering and a soft micro-suede inside for the ultimate in screen protection. It looks to be an interesting alternative to some of the more bulky and complicated iPad sleeves on the market and it’s appearance is understated. This sleeve would best be used in tandem with a backpack or messenger bag since there isn’t quite enough bulk to offer shock or fall protection. Still, this design is very professional and would go well in a briefcase or satchel. It uses Velcro for closure and has a small belt-like band to keep the tab in place. The Incipio UnderGROUND retails for $29.99.
Similar to the underGROUND felt sleeve the Incipio Premium Sleeve for the iPad turns it up a notch with premium top-grain leather in either brown or black, and lined with high quality soft suede. A tab is used for closure. This is billed as an “Executive Folio” and the product page uses such provocative adjectives as “sexy” and “thin.” It really is a professional case with superb protection, sophisticated styling all done up in a simple and sleek design. As already mentioned the case is available in either brown or black and the Incipio Executive Folio retails for $59.99.
On the other side of the spectrum is Incipio’s SILICRYLIC Hard Shell Case with Silicone Core. It’s an innovative 2 part design pairing a top grade silicone rubber interior encased by a shock absorbing polycarbonate plastic exterior. Cutouts in the cases allow ease of access to all the iPad’s external buttons and ports and the case material gives a better grip on the device then the stock iPad. It comes in three color pairings: confetti (pink) and charcoal, lime and charcoal, and white and gray. The Incipio SILICRYLIC will retail for $49.99.
